Hello, Iโm Vikram ๐
Currently, I am building DaoLens. A while back, I built Woww App while I was leading the product as the AVP at Merkle Science. Before that, I was the Senior Director of Product Design at Sprinklr. I enjoy building products, occasionally consult startups in 0-1 stage and mentor a few junior or mid-level folks.
Associate Vice President, Product
At Merkle Science, we were creating the infrastructure necessary to ensure the safe and healthy growth of the Crypto Industry as a whole. I was working with the CEO's and the CTO's office to overlook product management, roadmap, strategy, product growth, product design. The market focus was Europe and North America in addition to Singapore. I worked extensively to expand to digital asset coverage, revamp of existing investigation tool, the launch of case management tool, segregation of MS Lite and validation of the first version of the product focusing on The Crypto Travel Rule.

The Sprinklr journey was phenomenal with 360 exposure, continuous interface with C-Suite and brilliant teammates. Having worked over 50 products directly, I was also fortunate to manage four post-acquisition product mergers (NewBrand, Scup, Little Bird and Nanigans). On the side, the team was scaling, and we were defining a design system and processes for a happy and outcome-driven work environment.
I led designs for Digital Care, Social Advertising, Listening & Analytics, Sprinklr Lite and Sprinklr Mobile directly at different points in time before moving to the Director Role and was a part of four Forrester wave teams that saw Sprinklr emerge as a leader. Enterprise SAAS is a beautiful play. Below are a few notable projects.
Life has been kind. Amongst the rewards and recognitions, a few have been very close to my heart.
Instep Internship (2016)
Got exposed to Infosys Internship Program that brings in students from across 200 universities globally.
Baby Steps (2014-15)
Freelanced over a variety of projects. Interface Sense blessed me with an internship as a fresher too.
The early days were about taking a bite in every apple. Below are some projects, though in retrospect, now, they will qualify as amateurish at their best. I keep them as a reference for how I have evolved. Please reach out for details, if anything makes you curious.
A virtual coffee is the best way to know me better. Say Hello!
